Nikki Wright serves as the executive administrator for G.R.A.C.E. Ministries, bringing over 20 years of experience in administration and business ownership to the role. Her dedication to the organization is evident in her passion for ensuring that all administrative duties are effectively fulfilled as G.R.A.C.E. continues to operate smoothly and efficiently, as it serve the community gracefully.

Shaniece is recognized as an authority on motivation, leadership and professional development, student services, top-tier mentorship training, and peer leadership which has made her well-respected in her community and her higher education career field. Shaniece has an extensive resume of speaking engagements and is a dynamic orator. Shaniece delivers a high-energy and personable speaking style that creates authentic connections with her audiences. Due to her ability to relate to and transform lives, Shaniece is a heavily sought-after speaker. Shaniece is a proud graduate of Trinity Valley Community College, Tarleton State University, and Angelo State University and is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Higher Education.

Duron, a seasoned Musician, Music Educator, and Youth Motivational Speaker with eight years of experience, is dedicated to empowering and inspiring the youth. Drawing from personal experiences and a desire for the mentorship he once sought, Duron has honed his skills in motivating and uplifting young individuals. He is committed to pouring his knowledge and enthusiasm into the next generation, aiming to be the mentor he wished for during his own formative years

Emotional and Spiritual Wellness Coach and profound public speaker.  Ms. Francine currently resides outside of Houston meeting with clients both in person and virtually. Holding a bachelor’s in communication & a master’s in counseling psychology, she offers inspiring and encouraging content through her 1:1 sessions, online content and weekly newsletter “Empowered Thinkers”

With a Masters in Social Work from UT Arlington, Jacquelyn Hafford has been a practicing therapist and clinical social worker for over 22 years. Specializing in Trauma, PTSD and Anxiety Ms. Hafford aids her clients in finding solutions that strengthen their ability to cope in a productive manner. She believes in helping persons learn life skills that will allow them to reach their goals.
